According to your plan, we install security updates either monthly or weekly. We keep your CMS (WordPress or Joomla) and all installed plugins up to date. Before every update, we take a backup of your website to restore it in case of a problem. More complex major updates that require additional configuration and adjustments are subject to additional costs and will be installed after consultation.

Backup

We back up your website monthly, weekly, or daily according to your plan. Daily updates will be incremental based on the most recent weekly backup. The backups will be stored locally on your webserver and remotely for better availability and restoration in case of a complete failure.

Uptime monitoring

We monitor your website’s availability and make an initial analysis of the cause in case of an outage. If the issue needs attention, we will contact you to discuss further steps. Besides, you get access to a dashboard with your monitoring data.

Page Speed Monitoring

With page speed monitoring, you get an overview of the various aspects that affect your website’s load time, like web server performance, the execution time of scripts, the amount of data to load, etc. The results help identify bottlenecks and configuration issues that slow down your website. The test is conducted every thirty minutes and from eight locations all over the world.
